Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, ascorbic acid, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vitamin E acetate, gelatin pork, black cohosh, acacia, vanilla flavor, dandelion root powder, jamaican dogwood bark, motherwort powder, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, dextrose, lecithin, carbonyl iron, iron oxide, pleurise root powder, hypromellose, licorice root powder, silicon dioxide, sodium citrate, titanium dioxide, gentian root powder, sorbic acid, sodium benzoate.

DIRECTIONS: Two tablets 3 times a day, with meals. For best results, take regularly throughout the month. Each daily dose provides 6 mg of Iron (33% RDA), 500 mg of Calcium (50% RDA), 60 mg of Vitamin C (100% RDA), and 30 IU of Vitamin E (100% RDA).
